StackNotice (“we”, “us”) operates stacknotice.dev — versioned public AI-stack transparency pages and email notices when a published stack changes. Contact: [email protected].

• Account data — work email and session identifiers when you sign in with a magic link.
• Product data — stack page content you create (providers, regions, training stance, notes), manage tokens, publish history, and owner name/email.
• Subscriber emails — addresses that opt in on a public stack page to receive change notices.
• Billing metadata — customer and subscription status needed to unlock Pro. Card details are handled by our payment processor (merchant of record), not stored by StackNotice.
• Technical logs — basic request and error logs (e.g. IP, user agent) for security and reliability.

• Provide sign-in, dashboards, public pages, and manage links.
• Send magic-link and stack-change emails you or subscribers request.
• Process upgrades and fulfill Pro features through our billing provider.
• Prevent abuse (rate limits, free-mail restrictions for sellers).
• Improve reliability and fix bugs.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use subscriber emails for unrelated marketing.

We use third-party providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery, payments, and network/CDN services. They process data only as needed to operate StackNotice, under their own terms. We do not publish a public inventory of those vendors.

Account and product data stay until you ask us to delete them or the account is closed. Subscriber records remain until they unsubscribe or the product owner removes them. Auth verification tokens expire quickly. Logs are kept only as long as useful for security and operations.

Infrastructure may process data in the EU, US, or other regions where our providers operate. By using StackNotice you understand data may leave your country.

StackNotice is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
